张宏娟南京医科大学,药物化学系,副教授
2000年9月至2003年6月于中国药科大学获得药物化学专业硕士学位,2009年9月至2013年6月于南京大学获得生物学专业博士学位,2013年11月至2014年11月作为访问学者在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校从事抗肿瘤药物的设计与合成研究。2003年至今在澳门威斯人0168任教。
主要研究方向为:酶的分子改造和修饰,以及酶活性的评价;以酶为催化剂的生物催化法合成重要的手性化合物。主要利用分子生物学手段并结合计算机技术及生物信息学,对酶进行定向进化,定点突变等方面的分子改造,从分子水平上对酶的结构、功能和催化机理进行研究,进一步设计具有高催化活性和高稳定性的酶。并以这些改性酶作为催化剂催化合成手性医药中间体以及一些重要的手性化合物。主持和参加国家自然科学基金项目共4项以及主持校科技发展基金1项,以第一或者通讯作者发表SCI论文8篇。
